Assistant Cubmaster G and his sons went to Akelaland Beaver Weekend Friday May 2 - Sunday May 4.
Except for rain late Saturday night int Sunday morning, the weather was not too bad - a little cold and damp.
After helping to clear out a brand new trail as part of our service project, the boys participated in BB, archery and sling shot.
We also went on a nature hike and then had festivities indoors instead of the bonfire as the weather looked as though
it wouldn't cooperate.
The boys and I had a great time!
